The lobby is small, with a classic dark wood reception desk and a polished marble floor. The medium sized guest rooms feature carpeted floors, floral ptterned curtains and pale yellow painted walls. The overall feeling in the rooms is homely. The Restaurant Harven is situated in the main atrium area in the centre of the hotel. Its glass roof is at the same level as the top of the building so it is amazingly light and airy. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner a la carte. Overall, the Rica Victoria is of a good standard and in a good location.
