Traveller from Telford stayed in December,2008

We travelled 27th December 2008 for 3 days. Bad start to the trip when we were given a room that was already taken by someone. Given an upgrrade to bussiness class then felt like we were forgot about, i.e no records of our room at breakfast, Then the breakfast was not hot.beds not made, until I asked if we could have our room serviced.Internet supossed to be free, but went of after a day and when tried to reconnect, no record of anyone in the room. Irish bar closed,hotel restaurant closed until our last day, not informed of this before and price did not reflect this. a bit dissapointed in general would stay in another hotel if we came again.

Top Tip:
Found a nice restaurant Brazzeri 45, just past the scatting ring on the left hand corner. Take hand warmers in winter.
